All done! —Boulder Mountain Ponderosa—Boulder Mountain is a very special place. I remember camping with my grandparents as a child on Boulder Mountain; sneaking up to the edge of crystal clear streams to find myself peering into another world full of gemstones and trout that rose and descended, as though they were floating above the ground. The summer thunderstorms magically appearing with a blinding flash, and the roar that followed, sending me running terrified to the safety of the family camper. To this day, when I hike deep into that forest I could swear I hear the distant sound of my grandparents calling after me.”Boulder Mountain Ponderosa”Oil on linen, 24×48″
